The Airspeeder Racing Series is set to feature the world's first-ever crewed flying racing car.ο»Ώ

Get ready for a revolution in the world of motorsports, as Alauda Aeronautics unveils the Airspeeder Mk4 - the world's first and fastest crewed flying car! Developed and built in Adelaide, South Australia, the Airspeeder Mk4 is a cutting-edge electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft that is set to revolutionize the sport of piloted Airspeeder racing.

The Airspeeder Mk4 boasts an impressive top speed of 360 kph (225 mph) and can accelerate from a standing start to that speed in just 30 seconds, thanks to its advanced electric propulsion system and sophisticated aerodynamics. But that's not all - this state-of-the-art aircraft also has a projected range of 300 km (188 miles) and produces near-zero emissions, making it an eco-friendly choice for racing.

What sets the Airspeeder Mk4 apart from other eVTOLs is the fact that it's inspired by space technology! Two innovative technologies - the Thunderstrike Hydrogen Turbogenerator and the AI Gimballed Thrust - give this flying car unprecedented speed, manoeuvrability, and range.

The Thunderstrike Hydrogen Turbogenerator is a 1,000 kW (1,340 horsepower) turbogenerator that uses green hydrogen as fuel, providing safe, reliable, and sustainable power over long distances and flight times. And the Airspeeder Mk4 incorporates a unique combustor made using 3D printing techniques developed in the space industry for rocket engines, greatly reducing nitrous oxide (NOx) emissions.

The AI Gimballed Thrust, on the other hand, uses an Artificial Intelligence (AI) flight controller to individually adjust four rotor pairs mounted on lightweight 3D printed gimbals, making the Airspeeder Mk4 less like a multicopter and more like a jet fighter or Formula 1 racing car. This unique technology enables the aircraft to manoeuvre with incredible precision, essential in close-action racing.

But the Airspeeder Mk4 is not just a racing vehicle - it's also a testing ground for sustainable green propulsion systems that have the potential to change the future of air travel. Alauda Aeronautics, the creators of the Airspeeder Mk4, are already looking beyond racing to a world where private flying cars are a daily reality and a viable means of urban transport.

We at Droneit are proud to be a part of this exciting project. Our company has been training some of the Airspeeder pilots and issuing Remote Pilot Licences (RePL), certifying the best and most qualified pilots take to the skies in this incredible flying car.

So get ready to witness the Airspeeder Mk4 take to the skies! Alauda Aeronautics plans to begin flight testing the aircraft in the first quarter of 2023, with the first crewed flights of the airframe to follow. And in 2024, the Airspeeder Racing Championship will showcase this amazing machine to the world.

This is an exciting time for the future of air travel, and Alauda Aeronautics is at the forefront of this revolution. So visit the Airspeeder website at www.airspeeder.com to learn more about this incredible flying car and the upcoming Airspeeder Racing Championship.
