Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period: The promotion begins on March 18, 2024, and ends on May 31, 2024, inclusive (the "Promotion Period").
   
2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and above, residing in Australia, who enrol in a Remote Pilot License (RePL) course offered by Droneit during the Promotion Period.
3. Countdown Period: Only 50 free memberships are available. The countdown timer is indicative of the promotional window and does not necessarily reflect the availability of memberships. Once all 50 memberships are claimed, no further free memberships will be offered.
   
4. Membership Redemption: Upon successful enrolment in a RePL course during the Promotion Period, participants will be eligible to redeem one (1) lifetime membership to Drone Creator Pro. To redeem, participants must complete the checkout process on the website at droneit.com.au. Only one (1) membership redemption is allowed per person.
   
5. Multiple RePL Courses: Participants who purchase multiple RePL courses are eligible to redeem one (1) Drone Creator Pro membership for each course purchased. However, if a participant purchases multiple RePL courses under the same account, only one (1) membership can be redeemed. In such cases, participants must redeem each membership separately using different email addresses.
   
6. Non-Transferable: The offer is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any monetary value.
   
7. Refunds: In the event that a participant is eligible for a refund for their RePL course, the value of the Drone Creator Pro membership will be deducted from the refund amount.
8. Limited Liability: Droneit acts solely as a reseller of Drone Creator Pro memberships and therefore disclaims any liability whatsoever arising from the use or redemption of the memberships. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to indemnify and hold Droneit harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or related to the promotion.
9. General: Droneit reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion, or these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
