The Remote Operator Certificate (ReOC) is the CASA-issued organisational authorisation that lets your business operate drones commercially in Australia. A ReOC supports flying closer than 30 metres to people, approvals for restricted airspace and near aerodromes, extended and beyond visual line of sight variations, night flying, and submitting a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM). If your business flies drones for money, the ReOC is your foundational certification.
